WHAT'S BLOOMING WEDNESDAY
LACE CAP HYDRANGEA

July 01, 2020
Once again, it’s What’s Blooming Wednesday! On Wednesdays, we hand pick our favorites currently in bloom and feature them here!

Summer heat has brought on an explosion of color and growth. This week, we’re seeing hydrangeas of all types in bloom.

Lace cap hydrangeas are flatter and more delicate in appearance — with a mix of larger flowers alongside tiny buds until they too bloom into small “lacy” flowers.

Plant these beauties where they’ll get morning sun and shadier afternoons.
