This project was part of a $20 million renovation where we worked closely as a team with the architect, interior designer, owner, and construction manager. As this was an aggressive renovation, we had to be creative with design to keep budget in mind. The design features renovated pool decks, dog parks, tennis courts redesigned into bocce courts, fire pits, yoga lawns, and living walls. We provided schematic design all the way through to construction oversight.
