This project is the renovation of an existing Retail Center with the removal of two buildings to create a Town Center and Urban Grove. The concept is about creating a sense of place and desire to visit for more than just shopping. Key elements include: a splash pad, fire pit lounge area, a walk-thru urban grove, a lawn that transforms to an ice rink for the winter, and outdoor movie screen area.

Local regulations and conditions: working with the fire marshal to approve our selected fire pits and working with the county for foot candle approval for lighting.
