PROJECT HIGHLIGHT
FOUNDRY CENTRE APARTMENTS

July 24, 2020
We couldn’t have predicted the pandemic would last through the summer — but we’re betting that Foundry Centre residents are appreciating their pool and sheltered pergola spaces this season!

This was an existing pool deck renovation. We increased patio space and added an adjacent grilling patio, all with upgraded furnishings. Pergolas with retractable shades provide a comfortable area to lounge by the pool with plantings to hug the pergola spaces, creating division and some privacy for loungers.

We’re proud to showcase these past projects because designing for good living is what we do. And to do that, we incorporate innovation and flexibility into our design — ever valuable during times like these. Contact us for adding innovative value into your home or commercial project. We’re your team!
