Symphony In The City At The Urban Oasis

InTREEgue has had the pleasure of working alongside Design Develop Architects to collaborate on schematics for the THE URBAN OASIS. This will be a must-visit once complete, but in the meantime, while they fundraise for their new space, they are creating community gatherings and lovely events — the upcoming one is a celebration for the arts.

Please join the The Urban Oasis as they host the Baltimore Symphony Opera at their most-awaited performance.

Come and relax in the The Urban Oasis lawn space and delight your ears to the tunes inspired by Mother Nature from the Baltimore Symphony Opera. You’ll be captivated and entranced by the timeless masterpiece of Beethoven’s Sixth Symphony and other composers music.

The Urban Oasis Project by Intreegue Design

The empty lot slated to be the Urban Oasis sits in the center of an older Baltimore suburb. The project intent is to give the community a space that is upscale, engaging, and most importantly, for the people that live there.

The Urban Oasis will include an underground restaurant supported by the adjacent food centered gardens, a shed and teaching area to facilitate learning for younger community members, a stage for local concerts and events, a greenhouse, and a flex space that can be transformed for markets or used as a venue.

Intreegue has worked with the architect and civil team to transform the site from a vacant lot to a multi-level community head quarters. Intreegue was charged with creating a site plan that maximized space, prioritized planting and seating areas, and tackled the drastic grading changes on site.
