Top 100 Women of 2021 Award
The Daily Record honors Colleen Vacelet

March 26, 2021

We’re thrilled to learn today that Intreegue’s founder and president, Colleen Vacelet, has been awarded by The Daily Record as one of the Top 100 Women for 2021.

During 2020 we saw so much change and upheaval in our personal and professional lives.  It’s been quite a long push for Colleen to maintain Intreegue’s high standard of excellence in design and team culture (albeit even remotely). As Intreegue’s project schedule hasn’t slowed, her leadership and commitment encouraged and sustained our team through the tentative months of 2020 bringing us into 2021 with optimism.

“This year’s Maryland’s Top 100 Women are navigating Maryland businesses through extraordinary times. They are defining the new normal while also leading their teams from survival to success,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, group publisher of The Daily Record. “In addition, this year’s honorees are actively involved in their communities while also mentoring the next generation of leaders. We at The Daily Record are pleased to honor them.”

Therefore, this award is rewarding to Colleen and our Intreegue Team. It underlines our leader’s strength in business, community, and mentorship throughout this year.  It also serves as a reminder to continue prioritizing and keeping our health, our spirits, and our productivity high! We know that our success in the industry will continue to forge our name as a leading landscape architecture firm, with Colleen at the helm.

Intreegue Design thanks The Daily Record for recognizing Colleen as a Top 100 Woman, and the opportunity to attend the May 13 awards celebration. To all of Colleen’s fellow honorees, we congratulate you for your commitment and service to the surrounding community. Women like you truly make a difference in uplifting others.
