RLA, ASLA, LEED®APBD+C, ISA Certified Arborist PRESIDENTWith over 17+ years of experience, Colleen has worked for a variety of well-established firms along with her tenure at Intreegue. Her experience ranges from master planning, estate planning, high-end residential, institutional, forest conservation, botanical garden, children’s garden, healing garden, pollinator garden, workshop facilitation, horticultural, and installation.

KRISTEN APGAR
CBLP-D PROJECT MANAGERKristen has been working with Intreegue as a Project Manager for the past year, and as a Landscape Designer since 2015. While at Intreegue she has gained experience in high-end residential, institutional, commercial, streetscape, and planting design, as well as estate planning and stormwater management. As a Project Manager she has overseen projects from conceptual design to client presentations to oversight during installation.

Andy Balderson
RLASenior ManagerAndrew H. Balderson has over 44 years of award winning experience serving a diverse clientele on a wide range of projects. Andrew is an expert on overseeing all phases of project design, development, installation, permitting, and construction management. Andrew is personally involved in historic projects. He also has 45 years of experience in the tree growing industry, providing his clients with invaluable knowledge of tree selection and installation. Since 1983 he has been a proprietor of Three Springs Nursery, Laytonsville, MD, specializing in the growing of over 14,000 specimens of ornamental, shade, evergreen and native trees.

RYAN BROWN
ASSOCIATE ASLA LANDSCAPE DESIGNERRyan joined Intreegue as a Landscape Designer in 2017 after completing his bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture at the University of Maryland, College Park (UMD). He is proficient in commercial, institutional and high-end residential design. The scope of his interests is vast—from the design of residential recreation spaces to the planning of immersive theme parks. He is particularly passionate about scenic social and cultural hubs and strives to create unique entertainment experiences for visitors.
